MOVIE REVIEW - Rushmore (1998)

Early Wes Anderson film starring Jason Schwartzman and Bill Murray as a student and teacher who fall for the same woman. It has all the typical Wes Anderson footprints - and as he is sporadic, so is this movie. It has nice quirky moments, but overall, Schwartzman is just too understated and he tries too hard to be deep and funny - and it doesn't quite work.

MOVIE REVIEW - Nemesis (1993)

Who recommended this B-movie sci-fi trash to me? Wow, was it bad. I fast-forwarded to the end after about 20 minutes.

MOVIE REVIEW - Suspect Zero (2004)

Surprisingly decent and creepy serial killer drama. Stars Aaron Eckhart and Carrie-Anne Moss as the FBI agents assigned to find a serial killer (Ben Kingsley) who is apparently killing serial killers. Is Kingsley a former agent? Is he going after one extra-special killer (Zero)? It's a little dull in places, but this is mildly more interesting than many procedural crime movies today.
