Dull, contrived, and unrealistic. I love Diane Lane - LOVE her - she's gorgeous. So I try to like her movies, even the chick ones. But this was chock full of trite lines and situations. Sheesh, they spent one weekend together - and a DULL one at that! And yet, "Because of you, he was a changed man." Oh, please. And that ending? You've got to be kidding me. Ugh.

MOVIE REVIEW - Nights in Rodanthe (2008)
Dull, contrived, and unrealistic. I love Diane Lane - LOVE her - she's gorgeous. So I try to like her movies, even the chick ones. But this was chock full of trite lines and situations. Sheesh, they spent one weekend together - and a DULL one at that! And yet, "Because of you, he was a changed man." Oh, please. And that ending? You've got to be kidding me. Ugh.
